The average Canadian salary is 48 thousand dollars. 1,000,000\48,000= almost 21 years. So getting 1 million dollars could make it so you wouldn't have to work for 21 years. I don't know about you but that would be amazing. Although I would probably work as I would normally and have the million in stocks and earn interest on it so my children would have something. If not that I would use it to have fun by buying some sail boats.
