He was likely a member before and got the body and hasn't taken it off. Also the body will not have stats

He was likely a member before and got the body and hasn't taken it off. Also the body will not have stats
no..if he was a member and got the body then he should be 225 not 221 -.-

In that case it would be 225.
Already saw that guy some days ago lvl 199 with rt2.
