The mod is somehow not working for me even though i followed instructions 

Select the copy and replace option when you paste the files in the folder. If you later on want to restore holodeck from the mod you may want to keep the original files as a copy in a separate folder. Otherwise you could just repair the game for mods to disappear. Also a relog is needed for changes to take place.
