I put my username and password to try and log into the game and all I'm getting is the "logging in" pop up message and it keeps loading.
Even if I put in a random username and password, the same thing happens.

Hmm did you maybe tried to re-download game client and log in then ?

anti virus/firewall maybe? at my anti virus there an "exceptions". try add the zylon gaming folder to there. or just power it off for few minutes. if its dont work i think u should re-download the game.

Re - download the game (full client) and check your anti virus.
