Between account help and bugs I was abit confused about where to go for help.

I have a problem accessing the game.
When I open Bout/application my mouse loads for abit, instead of seeing the launcher, and watching it update until I can click play. Nothing happens.
I opened task manager and watched the processes, bout.exe appears and then disappears.
I tried uninstalling and redownloading fresh.

Have you tried turning off your anti virus and then trying again?

Try turn on anti-virus, delete all files then re-install and run as admin if it was a virus issue. Sometimes i had the issue where i needed to delete everything in order for it to work again.

*tried changing from windows7 to 10 and the problem seems to be gone
