Hi, I finished my chest event for this week, collecting 7 green chests (7/7 monday). It then said the usual 'check your gifts' etc. but I didn't receive a gift. Re-logged to try but it didn't fix it.

You have to complete the 7 chests event for 4  days a week to get a prize.

What he means is that the event wasnt reset to normal at 4 of January as expected,it still thinks you are completing the last Christmas (day 7), thats why after you get 7 chests it says that you completed it already. (at least it was the whole last week, wasnt bothered to check it this week).
