player named TC Brother scammed snowballs. said he could help getting good lvl/raid gear for snowball, all i got was a dude logging off saying hes going to eat. i told him ill wait. i waited several hours and then he appears online and starts ignoring me and doing own business. after that i asked him if he is going to help me and he just said "yes" and logged off. a reason to ban? i think yes.
