Can two people on the same IP play?

Im unsure if this is the right forum, please move the topic if not so.

But I'm just wondering because I don't want my little brother nor myself to get banned. But we would both like to play, in fact I would actually like to help him level.

As long as your not multi clienting it should be perfectly fine.
