An "Alliance" Chat

To boost healthy relationships between guilds instead of competitive ones you should be able to have actual "Alliances" where four guilds can be in an alliance and the guild that first started the alliance has the "Alliance Leader" in it Anyone in the same alliance can hear alliance chat and it could be orange.

then we'll have to organize every guild that is allies with another guild, add a button for alliance, etc.
