Its a hack. Usually that doesnt happen unless they hack.

This is not a hack, it is a glitch, sometimes (when lagging), your character can possibly repawn more than 5 times. However, once it hits passed 5, the number increases to a higher number, this is probably not a hack, because it wouldn't show up on your game (unless you was editing it)

This happens if all players in the room are not all connected together.
Before starting a Base game, check that all players in the room are connected to you and all players are connected to the rest of the room aswell.
If you do start, that happens^^ above, Base becomes glitched.

Solution: port-forward all udp ports to your computer/turn your firewalls off.

Problem resolved.
