I had the same problem.
Your typing the name wrong.
Theres either hidden spaces like on my zamel.
The first time i gifted something to it i d/c and someone told me its because theres a space in my name. Check to see if you have any spaces in your name or any hidden things like maybe this ` or idk just check carefully.
