Run BoutCheetah as a Window

ignore the bubbles i put them in there for testing purposes.

But if anyone wants me to make it without bubbles tell meh

****MAKE SURE YOUR RUNNING AS AN ADMINISTRATOR!!*****

^^ check out my other vid for how to make it run as admin when u click it no need for right click lol
