help dont see the channels

when i logged in i cant see the channels why, the channels down?

The channels are on; it's likely a problem with you.
Try again, if it's not on, delete the patch.ini and re-run updater.
If it still doesn't work, then PM RedEyes and wait for a response.

well this used to happen with the acclaim acc you should try to do a restart always works then

Hello, this issue is usally caused when you have a 3rd party firewall running on your computer. Please configure it to allow UDP/TCP ports for BoutCheetah,

What platform are you running it on ? Also, sometimes it helps just to exit the channel screen and go back into it and they should show up if not restart the game, and if that doesn't work turn off your firewall.
