People want positions like MODs/GMs/whatever so they can kiss more ass, get memebership, then believe they're of higher authority and think they're smarter than everyone with exception of the higher power (Pyramid Scheme Design).
Look at people who paid to play this game, they got Mod/GM or whatever.
Look at people who kissed a lot of ass and got Mod/GM or whatever.
Look at people at just because they can beat a few average players in PvP they can get Mod/GM or whatever.
Everyone who's a Mod/GM has done all of this with the exception of one awesome person:
