Channel bug(s)!!!

Hi guys...
I downloaded Boutcheetah today,I played About 2 hours and now when I want to log in in to a channel:
20% That there will not channels...
10% When I click on channel I see The log in window(the battery) for 0.5 second,and the windoes disappear.
70% I click on channel and I see The log in window for 20 second and then:"connection fail,please try again" AND I TRY AGAIN!!!!!!

Help?

Try disabling your firewall(s), and your antivirus(s).
