Ask as many questions as needed. To message someone on forums can be done by clicking the PM player option under their avatar or going to "Community"-> "my messages" (and you should know what to do from there).

membership gives u many benefits

the biggest are, you get double experience

and the level cap is 270 instead of 225

You are a user who plays for free and you have less benefits then players who purchased a membership which allows them to surpass the original cap level of 225 and lets you reach a cap level of 270 , as cooky said. Another thing about memberships, you don't necessarily need to use real money to attain a membership. You could purchase it from one of the trusted membership sellers or someone you trust later on in the game. They usually sell for 50mil gigas( in-game currency) per month, which is easy to get.
