I don't understand :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( ??? ? ? ???? ? ?? ???? ? ?? ????
Cuz its so tass
I don't get it either, I don't find it enjoyable at all. At least not any of the tracks I've heard.
Listen to Reptile's theme by Skrillex
Hate it too.
It's like super aggressive slow techno. Everyone likes some form of techno. :l
I found one reason to like it, http://www.youtube.com/user/yourDailyfunvideo#p/u/15/zaggc-EIZ98 (http://www.youtube.com/user/yourDailyfunvideo#p/u/15/zaggc-EIZ98) Skip to 0:48
i don't like dubstep anymore, it became masinstream:(
and about the skrillex hype, he is a latent g4y, i don't understand how can anyone love his(?) music that much.
he isn't produce dubstep. he produces electro house with 140BPM ;O
if you want real dubstep, go listen to some skream, digital mystikz and such ;O
fucin haters
Dubstep is really popular because it's something new (kinda) and there is a large variety of it. Most of the music doesn't have words so you can find some nice to relax to or go hardcore and jam to it (my favorite ;D)!
Its nice.
Its good.
Its awesome.
Best music ever.
kthnxbye.

been there since the early '90s. ::)
People like it cause it's very special and "one of a kind".
I am not much into it myself.

You dislike something simply because it's mainstream? That's pretty ****ing retarded, dude. =/

What does his sexual orientation (or at least your interpretation of it) have to do with his music? Since you linked those two statements with a comma, one can only assume you're implying that you can't understand how anyone can love his music
because he's gay. If that's what you meant, you're a retard. If that was just bad grammerzz, then it's still a fairly retarded statement.

The same can be said about almost any genre of music. =/

This is one of the few dubstep instrumentals I've heard that I like but that's mainly because of the actual song. Dubstep can be fun to listen to when you're stoned I guess but other than that, I'm not too big on the sound. Someone showed me a couple instrumentals that I really liked though, there was some heavy g-funk influence so that made them all the more enjoyable to hear.
I'm not much of a fan when it comes to electronic-ish music (techno, dubstep, etc) but to each his own.

EDIT: Found some g-funk...esque dubstep. Dubstep like this is a-ok in my books:

Wouldn't breathing be too mainstream for you, hipster? D:<
For some reason, this and BE (although to a lesser extent) are the only two forums where I post wordy walls o' text. Everywhere I'm pretty much the exact same as I was back on the BOTS!! forums. :P

the problem is that i'm not a hipster. that's just some fcked up 'style' like emo and such. i am not into any of that.
anyways my reply was just a personal opinion. not flaming or anything like that. :)
Hipster isn't emo it's extreme/over-exaggerated individuality.
Electro/techno are usually the songs that goes on nightclubs and no other music goes well with tecktonik and tecktonik is just a-w-e-s-o-m-e

in my opinion it's still a 'mass-style' that has no point.
anyways i prefer drum and bass music and any genere that has broken beat, but i listen to almost every kind of music.
i like metal and some electronic music

That's the exact definition of a hipster. ie. Someone who likes something just because it's underground, dislikes something
just because it's mainstream, and denies being a hipster because they above it all when it comes to social cliques.
Also, "emo" isn't a a social clique; you're thinking of "scene." There's a difference.

I've got some time to kill, anyone mind linking me to some smooth and/or ambient sounding dubstep?
