ummmmm Allie don't ban me for this :D , i suggest paying the Staff people in Real $$$ ... as a job , being a moderator is a job , being a GM is a job and FM is a job as well and Translator , since they keep the game active & safe i think without Staff the game can't run as the same as it is now! , you will have to work 24/7 to keep it as it is "that if you can" :D , so i suggest to make a determined Payment for them , like example all the staff get 30-50% of the earnings (players payments , Adverts ,etc.)  and the other 50-70% are for the admins to benefir from , btw this mean they really have a job and they will try hard not to be fired :D :D so they will do thier best , and we won't need new staff people etc. it will be like an office (do your job ,stay , get paied) (don't do your job , GTFO , get nothing) you know what i mean? :D , so PLZ PLZ PLZ don't ban me for this :D

Well, I'd love being paid but there are some things you forgot.

1. Why would they pay us when we're doing our jobs without payment as well ?
2. Admins are greedy  ;D
3. Our staff is not professional enough to get paid I guess.

Payment is earned, some of the current/previous staff have earned it but it won't happen. You also forgot the server running costs.

We're not "official" staff I guess. We're volunteers.

Good idea, except that:
1. We're volunteers, having powers over normal people is our payment.
2. Pretty much all the server income is redirected towards the host, having the server run 24/7, without any crashes or any lag issues isn't cheap.

If you donate, you expect nothing in exchange.
You also pay for benefits, so you are payed back in benefits.

that has nothing to do with what i tried to say. i ment that when i donate, pay or buy (or whatever you call it) from the server, the server will be alive. if nobody donates, pay or buy anything from the server, the server will probertly die because there is no money to keep it up.

None of the current staff are here for money, we do the job because we love the game and the community. Well I didn't want to be a Mod for the money.

I should totally get part of the payment that's received for those dark metos I made that they sell lawl.

staff members are players and they volunteer, if they stop doing what they do they're replaceable.

Imo, only staff members that go above and beyond what's expected of them deserve to be paid. eg. A GM that bans hackers shouldn't be paid, but a GM that somehow manages to bring hacking down to a bare minimum should be eligible for payment.

Also, acording to Allie, anyone who sends me their credit card and social insurance numbers along with copies of their passports will be promoted to Admin status and receive $9006.02 in the mail.

payment isn't the way to earn staffs for the game.

Lol, you'd see members start acting better in an attempt to be staff because of the incentive to get paid, but they'd be terrible staff xD

In all seriousness, when you see mmo companies that actually higher g.m's, often the case ends up being the g.m's don't care about the community but are doing the bare minimum to get paid
