Imo, only staff members that go above and beyond what's expected of them deserve to be paid. eg. A GM that bans hackers shouldn't be paid, but a GM that somehow manages to bring hacking down to a bare minimum should be eligible for payment.

Also, acording to Allie, anyone who sends me their credit card and social insurance numbers along with copies of their passports will be promoted to Admin status and receive $9006.02 in the mail.

Lol, you'd see members start acting better in an attempt to be staff because of the incentive to get paid, but they'd be terrible staff xD

In all seriousness, when you see mmo companies that actually higher g.m's, often the case ends up being the g.m's don't care about the community but are doing the bare minimum to get paid
