???

Yes, because anyone /combination playing on that map + no op tag + the time suddenly fails at base? What is with that horrible opinion. Ross simply let Bombz chose the tags / map. Not Ross' fault Bombz loses horribly even on his turf. Oh wells. logical indeed. Enjoy your flawed biased opinion.  ::)

But, bombz doesn't even have 'his' map. You beat a lousy baser with the help of another player. Great success. xd
A failure vs a laggar (another word for failure in ma horribad opinion) & another failure. In the end you all technically fail.

Yes because Ross beat a crappy BvB'er with another person sitting around automatically makes him a fail BvB'er. Nice Logic. Plus Ross may be taking it the wrong way, but it seems you are taking it the wrong way as shown here; "great success. xd." That is fine and all if it was based towards the nub who even made this topic, however relating that to Ross is questionable on your part, as Ross does not give a ****, nor cares about bragging about beating a ****ty BvB'er, and is in no way presented throughout this forum.

Also what about 'his' map? Ross simply stated the map was selected due to Bombz selecting it, so in no way reflects Ross' skill. Or apparently it does based off ur logic.

However now it seems you've changed your opinion, and it is in fact  based off the map, time, or op tag anymore, but now based upon the lag of the players. in which case every player lags, little or a lot. Does having lag suddenly make you a fail player? If you suddenly played at someone's else's house and it lags like a *****, does it suddenly mean your skill level is now set to fail in BvB? Your way of measuring skills seems, you know, a bit flawed.  ::)

But oh well, you can have your opinion, Ross does care that much about his skill in BvB, but feels like stating on how horibad ur logic on it is. Anyways Ross is fail at BvB (because he lags, played in a certain map, faced against a crappy player while having another crappy player in his team, the specific time, and had no op tag on, in a trolling room that had nothing to do with a relation of skills).

What question on how Ross fails? Ross never asked a question like that. Ross was just stating how ur opinion on BvB skill is flawed as fk. Did u even read it?

"Hey look guys, these guys played on a map that is not industiral w/e, they all automatically fail at BvB, regardless of their skill level."  ::)

Why does remembering the exact the name even matter? Never mind the map name of a map in the least popular game made? Ross does not even know the names to the Sector levels. Does that affect Ross in terms of Sector?  ::)

Not my fight to fight but that logic isn't really proper imo. What's the name of level 172 sector? I have no idea but does that mean anything about my skill level or really anything. Not to bash your logic, I can see why you would say it but I just find it irrelevant.

It doesn't matter and it is pretty irrelevant. But as I said.. its not helping...

You are trying to make an argument that you are knowledgeable and/or skilled at base but don't know the name of the 1 map out of 8 that gets played the most by far.

That is not the argument. The argument is about Corr's logic about skill, and how any person regardless of who they are, is considered fail at BvB if they do not play on a specific map, have specific tags on, and etc. ::)

How does that even relate to each other?  Corr claims (indirectly) that ANYONE (indirectly) (even if it was lyfe) met his criteria, (map, op tag, time, 2v1, lag, etc), that person is automatically fail at BvB, despite their actual skill. How does that even relate to Ross trying to argue that he is knowledgeable and skillful at BvB? Keep in mind Ross said anyone, not Ross. It has nothing to do with Ross' skill or knowledge. Despite the original pic with Ross in it, his reply, and logic in reply to that, was so wide open, it has nothing to do with specifically Ross, but anyone who met that.

Quote from: Corr on January 13, 2014, 12:37:57 AM
Judgin by the time, map and lack of an op tag it has come to conclusion that all three fail at base.
Congrats. lol

What if Lyfe was in that pic? /Inb4 Lyfe would never do a thing, but still, what if?

It would be like Ross saying to a pic of 7 pepole + Imag (simply used him for an example) playing on Holodeck, without an OP tag, and the time was under 30 seconds:

"Judgin by the time, map and lack of an op tag it has come to conclusion that all 8 fail at PvP.  ::)"

On a side note, the reason Ross did not know the full name of the map, was because he did not need to know the full name of the map. He simply names it Indust in his head, however felt like naming it a bit more, which yes did not help, should of kept it to just Indust. Kinda like how Ross relates to Cher w/e as Cher. However that does not affect Ross' knowledge and skill in terms of dealing with Cher in-game? Ross mainly cares for the in-game knowledge, not knowing the full name of something does not affect gameplay at all. The real name for 172 is; "Destroy The Data Mines." Using 172 as the name is more or less a based upon the way the person remembers things. Just like Ross prefers just indust. It is simply a map name, same with anything elce, knowing the name Indust is good enough when Ross wants to go find a map, same as 172.

Arguing with base expert about something base related makes you come off as though you are implying that you are skillful or knowledgeable about base (in my opinion). So then when you didn't know the name of the largely predominant base map, I explained that I felt that wasn't helping your case. That's all.

Base Tip for Surges:Get leech, rush and maximum TA. Attack with mobs and keep rushing it's base, you can get a lot of HP revived meaning you don't die easily. With one rush you attack between 600-1200(Maybe more with reaper flags) ,for which you get for eg, 20% HP back.

you don't even have to rush push if they're rushing the base, you can just hit them once and they fall.
