For whatever reason i attract women older than me. Sometimes by a few years, sometimes by a lot more. It's kind of weird but i admit i enjoy the strange little games they play. First it's all business. Then a few "nudges" here and there. Then badda bing badda boom, "let's hang out".
Also, each one has this sexy, bossy, "greater than thou" type attitude. And they all have this look. I can't explain it. It's like they look right through you:

My boss is a guy and then I'm in charge of everyone else so I don't get that luxury ;D which is fine because I got my gf anyway and she'd probably be uncomfy if I was executive assistant to a woman who was slightly older ;D
so unless personality was superb and she was a solid 9 or 10 I'd rather stick to no more than 4 years my senior.
