Stack? U mean protein shake ? None atm , also i don't use any gear/juice.

ah :P I use whey isolate when I'm out somewhere and I have no food, but I also drink creatine monohydrate once a day to retain a decent volume of water in my muscles. Otherwise, just like you I eat a lot to get my macro's
gear is too expensive lmao. I would never use it, but it's a waste of money since you can't train the way you once did after you stop.

My dad just bought some HGH for me so i am hoping to go from 160 pounds to about 180 in 2 months.
Remember to eat a whole lot. I went from 140 in June 2012 to 190 by December that same year.eating a lot help
