Well, if you could provide some info like.  What OS you're running and whether it is 32 or 64bit.
If you've tried restarting your computer  / re-installing or patching bout cheetah.  ETC.

It's not the recording because I'm filming at 60fps.  It's the fact that I rendered it at a lower quality just for preview purposes.

I've been working on making the sector portion more fast paced, but hardly anyone has been on at the same time as me ):

and I know, I have a bad habit of making a lot of intro's   .____. I just really like to use after effects.

It's just the render style and quality.
Intros don't take me more than 20 minutes
And yeah all the old files got deleted pretty much.

Well seeing as it was supposed to come out like a million friday's ago, It's the first video I plan to finish.
I had to re-do everything from scratch so it won't be as explosively epic, but it will be really good quality until I finish the extended trailer.
