I just took a quick look at my level 72 TB. I think it's the highest I have, not sure though and I cant be bothered to check every world.

The items that I have are:

Maple Storm Pistol Lv. 43 Pirate x2

Maple Dragon Axe Lv. 43 Warrior x2

Maple Scorpio Lv. 43 Warrior

Maple Crossbow Lv. 43 Bowman x2

Maple Soul Searcher Lv. 43 Bowman

Maple Doom Singer Lv. 43 Warrior x2

Maple Impaler Lv. 43 Warrior

Maple Lama Staff Lv. 43 Magician

Maple Wagner Lv. 43 Thief

Deadshot Ring II Lv. 50

Deadshot Ring I Lv. 40

Only other things that may actually have value are Mastery book, Scroll for one handed BW 60%, and scroll for cape for weapon defense 60%

Other then that all I have is some level 4 crafting crap and random mob drops.

I may have something. Not sure though, haven't played in months. What level do you want the items to be? Only 120-200 or items of any level that may be a bit hard to get?
