The experience boost of one of the things that makes t3 so great, besides being completely OP for it's level. Allowing an exp boost available for any +7 item takes away that "special" and "unique" part of it.
t3 level 1 = can get in 10 minutes
However low stats.
Unique as in only a few specific sets has the exp bonus ("tier = exp bonus") rather than every single set having the exp bonus. It is what makes Tier armor "Tier," and one of the quality's that separates them from other sets. So basically not unique as in how many of a specific set is compared to others, but unique in the bonuses it offers, giving a reason why you want that set over another even at the cost of losing out in stats. Good luck paying someone for 219 or w/e t3.

Why dont you'se add the same Tier2/3 to +6/7 as they are generally harder to get as players just get level 1 Tiers OR why dont you make an upgrade that you can buy for a +7 part or set that you have to buy from the shop thats like 1million coins or 100million gigas that gives you the 40% extra exp boost but makes the part not tradeable?
