Ian u said u wanted to debate on the thread. The whole thing u guys have been implying is that u wanted to debate ur logic there, and Yz is only saying that there was no debating happening. Why would opening it up make it any different? What has changed?, you've spoken up about a lock and now this means u wont shit all over a thread? Ya'll are being too passionate about this, revolting against staff is just dumb when they have responded 2 everything you want. I rly dont think they are going to unlock it, and their point (and yours) have both been made, what else do u want? They won't unlock it, they think there was reason, and u want better reason and want it unlocked. It's rude 2 try and tell someone that their opinion is wrong, and so long as the staffs judgement doesnt affect the community in a harsh way I don't have a probem atall. The thread already had a warn on it and the spam shit continued, so the thread was due for a lock. What more is there 2 say? Get over it, they had a reason to in their mind and it wasn't anything 2 do with power abuse or not wanting to argue back with us.
Also wanted 2 add I read the thread n I hope u know Allie was implying it wasn't worth debating w/Corr, right? Not with anyone else, it wasnt about the thread. That's like her saying that the thread is done n shes not going to argue with Corr, wat he said was just hostile and replying to it wouldnt have done any good. I saw a lot of the crap posted there nd it was call for a lock imho. Stop sticking up 4 ur opinions so much it's not going to do anything but cause shitstorms, which is the opposite of what you want right??
Community shouldn't be catered too as much as you want it 2 be when they themselves are ****ing their own threads up.
a tl;dr it's just a thread. Staffs opinion is that it was time to lock it, ur opinion is otherwise. Don't tell people their opinions are wrong, you won't get anywhere.
