If you buy an account and someone else, not the person you bought it from legitimately hacks your accounts then I would say more or less yeah you should get support. On the other hand if you buy an account and get scammed for it, it's your own fault by not changing the pass, email, recovery questions that's 100% on you.

It's a balancing act. Have tons of items in a market place or have tons and tons of alts for storage. With the alts people will complain, lose and be annoyed with it. I think it's better off the way it is.

First off, can't you not just use the settings in the launcher to change the game to full screen? If you're talking about full screen but still windowed it was removed.
