Some pcs come with discs, others have them pre-installed on the pc. Like my laptop, computer, and ur pc D:

Don't have anythng else I woulda figured it out myself and burned it at a Friends house (computer can't burn...)

But the rest of the stuff like formatting the disc to make it bootable, idk.

I'm resetting it cuz my brother changed the password and forgot it.
