You don't need a verified Paypal acc, you can just use direct debit. Paypal requires 18+ verified account.

Its not like you have to redeem 30 times because you buy 30 snowballs. He means an ITEM you can redeem for membership like a snowball that is available in the zylonshop so people can TRADE membership without getting scammed.

Somhow true, there was a flag given to Dragonclaw for being rank 1 in exp. However this flag was not given to Godz because admins didn't want to.
