Uh, to keep this on-topic: Sector isn't the only part of this game. Once you finish the goal of sectoring to the top level, it's time for you to start PvPing and Basing (preferably beforehand, actually). If the level cap keeps being raised, then there will be less of an interest in the other modes.

^ I understood your statement just fine. Even though he's "rusty" at making sigs, he can still give knowledgeable comments and criticism.

Take a rusty PvPer for example. That PvPer still understands the concepts of the game, it's just he has difficulty carrying them out (in most cases, anyways).
