Not sure if you guys can see the bolded text, but its Photoshop Extended, I edit 3D models in it all the time.

So yes, it does edit 3D files. So before you call me a complete nub, I know what I am talking about. I am wondering what you guys are using to edit the 3D files though.

I found this out with another bro, trying to see how difficult 207 was, but the thing is that if you walk directly to the left of your starting point, in the middle of the screen, and keep walking... you go out of the map. Its not too serious but, worth a looking into.

I am going to be writing this as I am doing it, too make sure I don't miss anything (tell me if I did though )!

Anyway, here's how to use your PS3 controller on BoutsCheetah!

Things you will need:

1.   A ps3 controller

2.   The ps3 charging cord

3.   A windows OS (tested on Windows 7 x86(32 bit)

4.   The file which is http://www.mediafire.com/file/6p9e1xkp0ofd6ll/Xpadder.zip

5.   A good sized portion of patience

6.   A dessert of trial-and-error

On with the tutorial! (And off with my humor. . .)

1. Okay, after downloading the file in Step 4, save it too your My Documents or somewhere you can access it. Extract it there. Mines on my Desktop



2. Plug in the PS3 Controller!

3. Go to the Drivers folder, as you can see I have two .exe's for 64 bit and 32 bit people. Choose your correct one, and run it.

4. Install the program, uncheck the make .exe's but do check the "Run DS3_Tool.exe" (if you get any errors, ignore them)

5. Click on Load Driver, that will install everything. Wait until you see the "Installed Drivers Successfully" at the bottom of your screen.



6. You can close this window now. If you look at your PS3's player lights, the "1." Light will be on.

7. Alright, now go to the main folder and run Xpadder.exe and do the typical "Next, next, agree terms, next" process.



8. You will see a window like this, click the Controller and goto "New"

9. Click Open, and grab the image I put under "Pics"

10. Go to the D-Pad menu, check "Enabled" and follow the on screen instructions, using your Directional-Pad. Drag it around the screen to match your D-Pad

11.  Go to Buttons, map each button you feel like mapping. I mapped my triggers, and "x"



12. Okay, exit that pink-ish window when you are done. You will see this screen:

13. Click on any of the little gray boxes, for me I am mapping the D-Pad to the arrow keys, and L1 to x and R1 to v, not too mention X to C that way I can jump



14. Click the little abc at the bottom too initiate your new mapped-out PS3 remote, save it, and then minimize it (if on Win 7/Vista, just close it, it will stay as a hidden icon on your task bar) and your good too go!!



15. Open notepad or something to test out the thing... now open bouts, have fun!
