Are you talking about buying coins on BoutCheetah or Zylon Bots? I don't think you can buy coins directly on BoutCheetah instead you purchase Zylon coins. These can be used in the Zylon shop to buy "rare" items which you could choose to sell for coins after. If you are talking about Zylon bots then you may have still purchased zylon coins on the boutcheetah site accidentally instead of Bots coins.

To see if you did buy zylon coins by accident click on the Zylon shop or on this link https://boutcheetah.zylongaming.com/index.php?action=zylonshop. If you wanted Bots coins and have Zylon coins you will have to talk to an admin (most likely Allie, think she deals with the paypal stuff. Could be wrong might be Kenny  )

While I don't have the power to do anything about this topic at all I think it's important to remember that there is a huge risk the goes along with lending your items to others. They never have to give back your items once they are traded over and like in your case if they stop playing it can be very hard to get the items back.

I would always advise against lending items to anyone even if they are a close friend. I wish you the best of luck and hope an admin will respond soon.

The free coins benefit to membership was removed. Coins are extremely easy to obtain through normal sector.

Not sure why you need staff to record the exp as you have just as many capabilities as me to do that. You would just need a list of everyone that is going to enter then go to the rankings portion of the forum, find their name copy it and paste it with their starting exp into a text document.
