What OS are you using ?
Have you tried cleaning the registry and analizing your PC with AntiMalwares or Your antivirus?

If it is a common bug, they cant give a solution or give a patch solving this ?

I mean, translate all the message, i cant read / understand russian.

Just like the title says, when the transformation is finishing, and you are between 2 things, like a wall and a mob you get stuck.
The animation of the un-transformation cannot iniate and it "stucks" your bot.

I tried but nothing happens

The same thing happens with the transformation of GoldChamp, trying to hit the cannons in the level 100.

Recently i have found that i cannot shot some mobs shotting.
The mob called nimba is one of them.

I had a similar error, and the solution was unninstalling the game and installing it again.
It worked for me.
