Hi! 
when i start the game after he check for updates it show me error

It say ''Instruction by address........... addressed to memory by address ...... memory can not be ''read''
something like that.
I don't know what to do i tried all Santas solutions in ''Guide To Fixing Problems'' and i deleted the game and downloaded it many times.
Can someone help me ??

emm there is all message ''error'' look at the picture move it to left

My suggestion is to start the BC client with admin option.

Rightclick on BC icon >> select "Run as Administrator.

Hope this will resolve your issue.

What OS are you using ?
Have you tried cleaning the registry and analizing your PC with AntiMalwares or Your antivirus?
