You wouldn't be allowed to brand it as "Bots Acclaim" even if you got your team together. It's a copyrighted name and logo. Granted it went under and was bought out by another company, you still wouldn't be allowed to brand it as that.
Also, it requires a bit more than just programmers and a server host. You need a modeler/animator, gfx artist, etc. It's much more complex than most people imagine. If you don't have someone who knows what they're doing, you end up with a very messed up game with broken functionality (take a look at the Dark Meto Gun as an example)
And as I said in my previous post; you need to make this game into something more than what it currently is. You need to look into other engines, dev software, etc. (which costs a lot.) As it stands, the nostalgia of this game won't give you the income required to run it permanently. Also, an investor is only good for starting it up - no investor will place money into something that doesn't give back.
In other words, if you want something that will survive on it's own and become self sufficient, you will be making a game from scratch. And even with dedicated supporters, it will take a good year or two. Otherwise you're throwing money down a bottomless hole and it becomes a lengthy and very painful venture.
make the game look way better with the UR4 engine, Yes it will take some time. but with the right team, and Motiviation, I can almost be positive that the game would take back off again.

it was around 3 -4 years ago before i started taking classes On computer Programming. I was Young dumb and stupid haha, Which is why I started my Own.
You wouldnt recommend anyone use my server But have yet to provide any Logical proof as to why anyone should use my server. the server has No links to clink on besides the one that links to my Personal Gaming Community that is under development for ArmAIII, ARK: Evolved: Space Engineers, and Minecraft. But yet you wouldnt know that But simply Bashing People Who Are Trying to Help the Community VS Bringing it down Like yourself.
I only try and Help communities that are Growing and Or Dying To Give New Ideas to Help them Out. But its up the Communities Owner and Staff to Implement the Ideas themselves or not. I havent seen Any one else try and Host a TS3 Server For This community. Much less Put any Real effort Into Helping the Dying Community Grow again. Besides Ideas But with No Effort Into Pushing the Idea forward.
If all you are going to do is Bash My Server and My Community that you never even Joined or Know the Back Story behind as to why i am doing this. Then you may see your self to the Other Threads as it is not welcomed here On This Thread, Thank You have a Good day.
Better off using Skype. I'm not "bashing" your server, I simply said I don't recommend using it.

How can I acces the server?
some may remember me from a few years ago under the IGN of cody0520/Gods_Marine/Unseen_Pride. Well due to my account being hacked and email Being Hacked i no longer have access to those accounts. Which is why i made this one yes this game is small and Doesnt require too Much typing But still Its easier. Now Im not Begging People to join the TS3 Server by Any Means. Nor am I forcing people to Not use it. But it is here for people to use If need be To verify i will send you a message through the forums with a Special Phrase and you must send that phrase to me In Ts3 So i know its a Actual admin and not someone who is trynig to impose as one.
