so i tried making my first skin it looks like this now when i change it to tpk_020.ba0 or tpk_020.ba2 because i use low graphics for my pc i cant open or use the file and bc just shuts down how comes i cant use this skin? please help me

Rename with XnView the file to ba2
And make sure you have the original ba0 so you won't d/c.

you have just solved my problem just have to save it to png instead of gif
