when the maintenance is over my bout patch about 10mins.
when its done I start it and wait but Nothing happened

Try closing bout.DAT from Windows Task Manager ( Ctr+ALT+Delete ) or restart your PC.

already did that..
but i uninstall it and installing it right now

S does it work after the reinstall? i have the same problem

When you open up the updater, does it show a "T"?
Or any letter?

This is usually caused by the bout.dat not existing (if you click start and nothing whatsoever happens).
Go to your BoutCheetah folder (I'm unsure if it's at C:\Zylon Gaming or C:\Program Files\BoutCheetah) and check for the file "bout.dat".
If it is not there, open the "version.txt" in wordpad and search for "bout.dat".
Change the number next to it to 0, and run the updater.

Hi Allie Just to let you know im having the same problem. I tried what you said it doesnt work T_T

This problem should be resolved, if you would just reload the client.  Please let me know if this has helped.
