The opposite of raster. The difference, basically, is that raster = pixels and vector = lines so it can be rescaled for the reason of avoiding being "pixelated". It is only created by using certain tools. -Text, shape, pen etc. The graphics tend to be unrealistic and more cartoony. --Mona Lisa would be impossibru. Adobe flash and Illustrator, I think, is 100% vector. The brush tool in PS, however, is not a vector tool.
These are just vexels, trust. Btw, I recommend you get a tablet to draw. It helps. Alot.
I also asked previously, do you trace these? It's too good to be drawn from eye using a mouse. It just is.
