The forums are a great source of information that will tell you what updates are planned what which have been done. Saying this there has been a topic release saying that the Admins of BoutCheetah are currently working on a Sector update that will hopefully include higher levels and other cool ideas. Also along with this they are working on a lobby or "Scroll" update. I will post the links below for you to check out

Sadly I have heard nothing of any new PvP maps. I could try to explain why it might be but I'm not Kenny or Allie so I can't say for sure why it's not announced as of now.
