The client says I need to download it to keep playing but whenever I try to, it always says "An internal error has occured", and please check on DXError.log and DirectX.log to determine the problem. I've tried many different possibilites but it's not working. Any advice?

Maybe your DirectX was not installed properly

try to download DirectX again

u can do like what i did i downloaded the file needed
pastit in windows/system32 (at least that what i did i have xp)
