But yes....a problem...i have some issue's with my PayPal. so can someone cancel the next bill?
I'm cancelling because i'm not playing anymore,and i don't want to spend money to nothing.

What type of problems are you having with paypal? If you just aren't sure how to do it, follow a tutorial, or if you trust me enough (Which I don't blame you if you don't) I can use teamviewer to help you. you can add me on msn / skype / steam and I can help you step by step.
