Oh, I see. When the max level cap for non-members was lvl 150. By "hes an old member" I thought you meant that he was a member before.

non-members max lv 172,he's 145

*Says max is 172.* *Then says a person that is lv 145 is wearing some 170 w/e lv set is due to the fact of him going from member to non-member.* No, no no no, baka, the only way his level or armor would be affected by it would be if his level and armor was above the non-members max. Lets say he was 221 and he wears an armor that is higher than the non-member max (ele,) and then stop his membership. His lv will drop to 172 (non-member max) and he will still have ele (lv 200+) armor on. 


Anyways Anti is right, the level requirement for that armor way back in the past used to be lower.
