Do you have TD flags (non-mem), jack, +4 Omni, +4 discus, T3 arms?

Max TD isn't possible on non-member Surges/Rams.

step 1) make sure your bot is a patch, if not, transform into it

step 2) equip td items

step 3) you now have 1000 td

step 5) profit

I can get everything except the T3 arms. Best TD arms I have is elektra +7. However that won't add up to 1k.
