Is there a way to track what are the items that we purchased through Zylon coins.

If there is no way, its my suggestion to implement one for tracking and it would be nice !!

There's no way for us as players to track our purchases, but I believe that Zylon can see a history of what we've bought. I could be wrong, though....

Course they have records of payments and what you purchased. Yes, they would help you if it's for a actual concern just happens to be that most of the time they are busy or away so it takes a while for them to get back then people slate them saying they do nothing lol
