You should probably kick them if they'll get Idle for less than 24 hours.

Yes this is very true, I've noticed this many times before, I do my best to kick these idled people that I call Ghost so the rooms will be free, the reason I call them ghost is because some of them I'm unable to kick, most of these so-called ghost can only be kicked by an Administrator.
