I have that game. =D Lulz @ them having to split it into 4 separate discs just to fit the full game. Other than the movements controls, I actually liked Fear Effect.

When you go to sleep, you let your body rest, thus your body "shuts down".
The longer you sleep for, the harder it is for the body to "turn on" after "shutting down" for so long.
However, your body gets used to a constant time of "shut down".
For example, if you sleep 8 hours every night, than at sleeping 8 hours, your body "turns on" normally after a few minutes.
But if you sleep for 15 hours one night, it takes longer for your body to "turn on".
Your body still feels tired while "turning on" because it's still partially "shut down".
