Well i've got my character to lv 31 and made my guild called The Gods.
So I need a banner/ub/banner.

Userbars that scroll up and down/whatever look absolutely terrible in my opinion.
Not to mention I'll guarantee the person uses a website to make it, which makes it that much worse.

You opinion doesn't matter; if the userbar isn't for you.  Also, the userbars people make in GIMP are pieces of crap, while the userbar generators make them look very clean.  Finally, please explain how using a website makes a userbar worse.  Every good userbar is made either in a userbar generator online, or one that does the same work for you in a program.
