If you enter a room and the small computer icon at the top right of a player is either Blue, Red or R, your connection to them is weak. This is probably what's causing their non-responsiveness. You can't really do much about it apart from re logging or contacting a GM to try and solve the issue.

As for you not being able to join rooms, no idea.

it does this sometimes just restart your computer and get back on boutcheetah and it should change ur connection. If not, you might have a slow sever or a bad one.
