Unless you want to form a relationship or have sex with another man, it's not gay. As for shaving your legs, do it if you want. I kind of think it's odd though, especially when people shave/wax their chest. If you have a hairy gorillas chest that's one thing but there no point in shaving it if it's just a little. A lot of older girls don't even mind a bit of hair, some actually prefer it.
