It's a PSD because icon files are .ico / .dll / .exe etc... but i can't change them into that.

Also, you may want to edit it too

Here it is in jpg note that there's a transparent part outside the outline (it wont show it here).

The text may be hard to see on some wallpapers such as dark ones.

Also, the transparent part on my icon doesn't work .-.
Even after i saved as .GIF then converted.

Only gifs will show transparent parts. jpg won't.

How about v3 if it's too small i still have v2 and v1
though v3 is a bit screwed the icon wont show

New problem (i'm such a noob) I got a blue and yellow shield, a.k.a UAC symbol, on the main part of the icon.
Anyone know how I can remove this? I was thinking of getting the file for it and putting the opacity to 0% - would this work?

This means the program needs elevated permission to run. not really sure how to get rid of it try restarting
